You’ll have direct contact with your assigned VA through tools like Slack, email, or whatever works best for you. For project updates or check-ins, we’re all about clear and regular communication.

We offer flexible options depending on the kind of support you need. For ongoing retainer packages, we have a 3-month minimum commitment, this gives us time to really integrate with your business and deliver results that stick. For smaller, ad-hoc projects or hourly support, we can keep things more casual. Just let us know what suits you best. 

Hourly plans are tracked and invoiced weekly or monthly. For retainer clients, we’ll agree on a set number of hours per month. You’ll always know what you’re paying for — no surprise charges.
